- Late payment charges of 8% above Bank of England base rate may apply

12. Termination
12.1 Termination by Client
- Development projects cannot be cancelled once work has commenced
- Maintenance services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice
- No refunds for completed work or unused maintenance periods
12.2 Termination by Us
- We may terminate services for breach of terms
- We may terminate with 30 days' notice for convenience
- Immediate termination may occur for serious breaches
13. Confidentiality
13.1 Mutual Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Confidential information includes business data, technical details, and strategies
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of services
